Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Boulevard

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Blvd, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was wonderful—everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made a positive impression. That said, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The gym is quite small and could use upgrades. There are only three treadmills, and during our stay one was out of order, which meant waiting for equipment to become available. It also would have been helpful to know at the time of booking that the parking lot was being repaved. With only one entrance and exit, it made getting in and out challenging—especially when driving a larger 4x4 truck, as we had to either drive onto the curb or over the orange cones to access the lot. Lastly, the elevator could use some attention. The wall paneling was bowed out, and there was a loud whirring noise when traveling to the upper floors, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, and with a few updates and better communication, this property could be even better. I would still consider staying here again.”

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were pretty decent, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony and the view it offered. The only downside was that the pool water could have been cleaner, which slightly impacted the experience because Ilove to swim. Overall, though, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.”

“I have been impressed with the service and stay at Courtyard by Marriott. Immaculate rooms. Called the front desk for extra linens for sofa bed. Received immediately. Comfortable bed. Pillows were nice and comfortable. Black out curtains. Minimal traffic noise. Slept well. The AC room unit was a bit loud but otherwise no issues. Enjoyed the stay.”
